We are seeking a competent and experienced Customer Service Operator to join our team at KLARHEIT. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all incoming customer requests, handling order fulfillment and implementing process improvements based on customer feedback. In addition, you will also be assisting in B2B and retail sales and key account management.
You are great for this role, if you have a strong track record of success in customer service and a passion for providing excellent service to our customers. If you are self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of your work and thrive in a self-management environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage email requests (via helpscout), social media and community, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and effectively
Handle communication with our order fulfillment, ensuring that orders are processed and shipped efficiently
Implement process improvements based on customer feedback, in order to enhance the customer experience
Engage in B2B and retail sales and key account management, helping to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (German and English)
Self-motivated, able to take ownership of your work, generating outstanding results
Proficiency with customer service software and technologies
High school diploma or equivalent; min. bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
