Our mission is to help people get sorted and reconnected to themselves. We already have over 130.000 customers which we want to expand to 1 Mio by 2030. Your contribution as our Head of Marketing is to make sure the brand thrives in the world: build an amazing marketing and sales team and setup, growing user base and impact, high brand resonance, super effective marketing processes, profitability and fun.
Our underlying Intention is to help humans evolve into higher states of consciousness to live more joyfully and peacefully together.

YOUR ROLE
As our Head of Marketing you will be one of the two essential partners for Sandro (founder, visionary, CEO) besides the Integrator / COO, creating ease, expansion, and strength in the organization.
You will help KLARHEIT to be the best it can be. After on-boarding, you run all of the marketing and sales efforts in order to grow and scale. Accordingly, you will manage the marketing and sales operations, from developing the marketing and sales strategy to hiring and developing the team / setup.
You are the sales maker, growth driver, innovation catalyst, brand storyteller and capability builder.
RESPONSIBILITIES
build marketing & sales strategy, roadmap, team, processes, and structure
increase brand and product visibility and attractiveness
drive long-term growth and profitability
hire, fire, promote people (right people in right seats)
effectively collaborate with the Visionary and Integrator to stay on the same page
lead, build, improve:
Acquisition channels (organic, paid, social media, email)
Conversions (email, ads, organic)
SEO (domain rankings, backlinks, keywords, content spend etc.)
Reputation (reviews, testimonials, referrals)
Presence (social media engagement and growth)
Website performance (speed, UX)
Team (sales, marketing, content)
KPIs:
marketing & sales strategy and roadmap is clearly defined and executable
Visits, revenue, CR by source
Cost to revenue ratio (KUR)
Lead-to-customer ratio
Churn rate
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
New vs returning visitors
